The journey screen is where you would track your progress overtime and see changes and improvement over the last 2 weeks. You will get some insight into your mental and emotional state and see the meaning behind some of the challenges you maybe experiencing.
The following are the 3 parts of the Journey screen:
PART I: Bar Graph Data
Stress: will show your stress from the past two weeks
Ability: Is a measure of your self efficacy, do you feel able to be your best self?
Challenge: How challenged are you currently? This is correlated to focus research show a direct relationship between challenge and ability to get into state of focus
Productivity: Are you meeting your goals and intentions regularly?
Understanding the Colours
Purple Scores are above average
Red scores are below average.
Checking the raw percentages
If you click on the bars on the graph, you can see the actual raw percentage score above the bar.
PART II: Daily Flow Score
Below the graph, you’ll see the date and your daily flow score. While the info above shows data for the last 14 days this provides deeper insight for you for today.
Current state: score will tell you which of the 8 potential states you fall into
Productivity: score charts your productivity over time averaged out from your intentions Stress level: score indicates your average stress level from the last two weeks
PART III: Daily Recommended Flow Session
Beneath this, the final thing you’ll see is your daily recommended flow session based on all your data overtime. The app will recommend the right session for you to get into a state of flow so you could show up as your best self.
